How are you? Spring is coming and I’m getting excited for it. I like seeing little flowers sprouting from all the winter’s naked trees. Today, I decided to compile a list of books that I read and reviewed on my blog with “girl” on the title. I am smiling that there are so many! 🙂 A whopping 18 books!! Well, of course I’ve read more books featuring the concept and the word “necromancy” than anything else, lately.
I think “Fangirl” is the best use of the word “girl” on your list. I hate it when people think it’s okay to call grown women “girls,” especially with regard to size (of the woman or the limited clothing offered for sale to her, as in the “big girl’s section”).

I definitely do not believe it works. My interest in reading about it was spurred by a joke, which led to my blog title. After years of joking about how “necromancy never pays” is a truth we learn from literature, I started making a list of all the necromancy I’ve read about (the list is on my blog) and now I’m writing a paper about it for an academic conference.
