Hi Everyone! Hope you all are doing well! Posting tags/awards has been long overdue for me. I used to do them often and then book reviews takes over.. 🙂 Before the month ends and April fools welcomes us to another month, I have decided to tackle on a tag of my most favorite book, Harry Potter! Thank you so much Sophie @ Blame Chocolate for tagging me! Sophie is an awesome blogger with lots of chocolates and sweets in her book reviews so don’t forget to click on her name here and check out her blog!
The Harry Potter Book Tag was created by Trang and Lashaan @ Bookidote and all the graphics on this tag belongs to them.
A BOOK YOU FOUND THE THEME INTERESTING, BUT YOU’D LIKE TO REWRITE IT.
The Wrath & the Dawn is almost good. I really like the 1001 nights, but the book itself is not so interesting.
THE FIRST BOOK IN A SERIES THAT GOT YOU HOOKED.
The Hunger Games was so exciting. I have never read anything like it and I just couldn’t read fast enough!
A BOOK YOU WISH YOU COULD HAVE RIGHT NOW.
A Darker Shade of Magic. So many good reviews! I can’t wait to read the series!
A KILLER BOOK. BOTH SENSES. TAKE IT AS YOU LIKE.
The Winner’s Curse is really an amazing read. It’s so unlike anything I have read before and I enjoy the espionage and staying calm under pressure. I love this series!
A BOOK THAT YOU FOUND REALLY CONFUSING.
Dark Matter. I read it but didn’t got far. I see more good reviews than bad so I don’t know if I should give it a try again.
YOUR SPIRIT ANIMAL BOOK.
Cress. I love this book and the series for that matter.
A DARK TWISTED BOOK.
An Ember in the Ashes. I love this read and the book itself is not dark or twisted but Elias’ mom, The Commandant, she’s so wicked and I feel so scared of her.. haha..
A BOOK THAT SURPRISED YOU IN A GREAT WAY, REVEALS TO BE MORE THAN IT IS.
Disruption is really a great read. I didn’t realize how good it is the first time around. I picked it up again and I just couldn’t put it down!

Great answers! I feel the same about An Ember In the Ashes. The mother was scary, haha. 😅 I really liked it though, and I’m glad you seem to also. 🙂

Same with Darker Shade of Magic! I’ve been hearing about it so much. I love An Ember in the Ashes! The Commandant gives me the creeps.

The Commandant, that’s one person I wish to never ever meet haha..

You’re so right, Hunger Games definitely hooks you. It was the gateway that intruduced me to Dystopian.
Thank you so much for the tag! I love this one, it’s Harry Potter! I’ve actually already done this one but if you’re curious, here’s the link. 🙂

Oh cool! I will check it out 😊 Did you like all 3 books? Book 3 is my least favorite.

I did like all three, but I liked the first one the best. I didn’t dislike 3 as much as everyone else though.

Have you seen the movies? I really want to but haven’t gotten the chance. I saw the previews and it looks great!

I’ve seen all four movies, haha. They were good. Books are always better.

ha, yeah. They made Mockingjay into two movies. Which was dumb.

Thanks so much for the tag, Jasmine!! 💕 I am so with you on both The Hunger Games and The Winner’s Curse. I remember I read both of those trilogies in a week because I couldn’t stop reading. I recently reread The Winner’s Kiss because I was missing the character and it reminded me that my only complaint is that there wasn’t an epilogue. I so want a novella or something for that series lol. Also, you so need to read ADSOM! It’s incredible and I think you would love it. 😁

I love Epilogues too!! Gosh, I appreciate when books include them. That’s cool that you re-read the Winner’s. I do want to, someday haha.. Yes, both trilogies in the same week – I can imagine your satisfying grin hahaha.. I would have too haha..

Same. I feel like it’s so rare for books to have epilogues now a days. I wish they had the more often, mainly series.

The Hunger Games was definitely exiting! I remember having to read the next book in the series immediately as I just wanted more of the story. I really loved A Darker Shade of Magic sooo I do hope that you get to read it some time soon, and that you will love it as much as I did. 😀

Thanks Anna! Are you up to date on the Darker Shade of Magic series? Do you like the sequels as much as book 1? Did you like the sequels of The Hunger Games too? I think I like book 1 more than the sequels. I do prefer book 2 over book 3 though 🙂

I have only read the first book of the Darker Shade of Magic series, though I hope to get to the other two books some time soon. I liked Catching Fire more than the first book, I just found it to be even more exiting! 🙂 I didn’t particularly like the last book, it seemed that many unnecessary things happened and I just didn’t like it.

I liked The Wrath and the Dawn, but I was pretty disappointed in the second book in that series. Disruption looks good! I just added it to my TBR.

Corruption is the sequel to Disruption’s duology. They are great reads! Hope you will enjoy them. I have yet to read book 2 of the wrath and the dawn.. but glad to know you don’t think so highly of it 🙂 I’m not too sad for not reading it yet hehe..

Awesome answers, Jasmine 🙂 The Winner’s Trilogy and TLC are some of my favorites ever! And I agree, Elia’s mom was incredibly creepy… No one should ever mess with her, ever.
You absolutely need to read A Darker Shade of Magic! It’s a wonderful book with kickass characters and an amazing story. I really need to get my hands on book two soon.
Thank you for the shout out ❤ It was a pleasure to tag you!
