December 2016 Wrap-Up

Hi Everyone! Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I didn’t have the best this month, but surprisingly, I have read and reviewed many books! The most all year long. I was sick (cough & congested) twice this December. I went to the doctor and filled myself up with antibiotics and cough syrups. I slept a lot but felt tired a lot. Cheers to good health in the new year!! Wishing you all the best in 2017. I read & reviewed 33 books in 2015 and 53 books in 2016. My 2017 reading challenge is to read & review 50 regular books and 50 children’s books. I haven’t decided if I will review 50 children’s books on my blog, but for sure, you can find my reviews of them on Goodreads.

Here are books I have read & reviewed in December 2016

CHILDREN’S BOOKS:

1) Ginger and Moe and the Incredible Coincidence by Linda DeFruscio-Robinson. I rated 4.5 stars!

Definitely a good reading month. I realized I have read more this month is due to the buddy reads I have scheduled. Cheers to more Buddy Reads in 2017!!

How did you finish the year with?

xoxo,
Jasmine

You are so ambitious, Jasmine! I really respect that. I personally would love to see the children’s books reviewed here. I struggle to find good books for my nieces and nephews. This would expose me to a lot more. 🙂

I’m glad you are feeling better. Here’s to health, happiness, and more books in 2017! 🙂

Awesome list, Jasmine! Are you feeling better now? I hope you reach your goal! I’m so excited to read A List of Cages! Most people say Ever the Hunted was pretty awful so I’m kind of scared to read that. Happy new year!

I find it so interesting that our reading taste are so different ! Lol I’ve noticed a lot of the time the books you’ve really liked are ones I haven’t and vise versa ! I like it though it’s always nice to see how people appreciate it even though it might not be your thing.

Happy new year 😀 I hope you feel better now 🙂 Wow you reviewed 53 books in 2016, that is a lot 🙂 I only reviewed 10, but that is because reviewing books was totally new for me. And still I use a lot of time on the reviews I write.
