Yup! When I read on the bus (desperately trying to avoid my motion sickness 😆) and when I reach my school, it takes some time for me to come back to real life and realise where I am! 😅

YEES. This is one of our reasons why we read and why it is our real passion. It’s amazing getting know about other worlds and people’s life, and not only about ourselves.
amazing quote, Jasmine! ❤

Thanks! We don’t always have opportunities to travel anywhere so I don’t mind to travel in books 😊

Me too and especially after reading, I do want to go to school at Hogwarts (HP), SOAP (Anna and the French Kiss), and tour through the Shadow World to meet Will Harondale (TID) haha.. but since I can’t travel to any of those places, I don’t mind to stay home to read and imagine 🙂

Hogwarts would be amazing! I’ve never read Anna and the French Kiss, I’m not the biggest fan of contemporary, it’s too much like reality. I have yet to read The Infernal Devices, it’s on my TBR though.

I guess you don’t like reality? 😂 You might fall for Will when you read TID series hehe

It’s not that I don’t like reality, but when I live it every day, why would I want to read books that so closely resemble what I live all the time? I read because it’s an escape.

Good point! Nicely put. I guess I switch to contemporary once in awhile because I need something that I can relate to. 😊
